We don't charge annual, sign-up, or pre-payment fees. Like other credit cards, there is a 1% fee on cash-outs and balance transfers.
There is a 2% fee on full liquidations and a $50 fee for each additional card (authorized user) or replacement card.1

LTV is how much money you've borrowed compared to how much your Bitcoin is worth at any time. For example, if your LTV is 40%, it means you've borrowed 40% of the value of the Bitcoin you deposited. Keeping your LTV low can help protect you from possible partial or full liquidation if Bitcoin's price changes.
