Buying a home can take months, and getting financing can add weeks to an already-long process.
We thought it shouldn’t take so long.
The Aven Home Purchase Line can help you get into your next home faster. Now, buyers can go from application to closing in as little as seven days.¹ That could mean touring an open house on Sunday to owning the home and getting the keys by next Saturday.
The Aven Home Purchase Line lets qualified buyers close in as little as seven days from when they first apply to finance a home they want to buy. By comparison, a typical mortgage for a home purchase can take an average of 42 days.
This isn’t just a goal. Aven has already completed a home purchase in Tucson, Arizona, in 67 hours from application to closing.
Applicants can get preapproved with Aven in minutes. Aven doesn’t skip steps and still evaluates both the borrower and the home being purchased. The speed comes from streamlining the process.
Many homebuyers use a traditional closed-end mortgage to buy a home. A home equity line of credit, or HELOC, typically comes later, after a homeowner has built equity. The Aven Home Purchase Line is an open-end line of credit that is used to finance the home purchase itself.²
The line is secured by the home you’re buying. You don’t need to already own a home or have built equity in one to qualify.
Qualified buyers can borrow up to $2 million to buy a home with Aven. Like a conventional mortgage, you pay down your purchase balance with a fixed monthly payment. The Home Purchase Line combines a 30-year repayment term and a fixed interest rate with an open-end line of credit that you can reuse.

¹ Closing times may vary, and closing in seven days is possible but not guaranteed. Closing is a multi-stage process and delays in any of the following could prevent a seven-day closing, including but not limited to inspections, appraisal, title reviews or underwriting verification. Things you can do to make a seven-day closing more likely: respond promptly to communications and requests, schedule any inspections for as soon as possible after you have signed the home purchase contract and be flexible in your availability to sign.
² Aven Home Purchase Line is a home equity line of credit featuring fixed rate plans and a variable rate revolving line of credit, each with its own annual percentage rate (“APR”). APR is the cost of credit as a yearly rate and does not include costs other than interest. The variable APR for the revolving line of credit is based on the prime rate published by the Wall Street Journal in its Money Rates section (“Index”) plus a margin that takes into account your creditworthiness, collateral value, etc. The Index as of Oct. 29, 2026, was 7.00%. The APRs range from 5.99% to 18%. Best rates for most qualified borrowers and assumes primary residences. The fixed APR for fixed-term plans (aka Aven Simple Loans) is based on your variable APR and other factors at the time you agree to the Aven Simple Loan. The fixed APR on the Aven Simple Loan will not change during the loan’s term. Aven will disburse a portion of your line of credit to cover the home purchase (the “Home Purchase Amount”), with any additional credit line (at least $5,000) being available to you for other transactions. You will repay the Home Purchase Amount via an Aven Simple Loan. Aven Simple Loans have a 0% fee on the amount of credit line used. Appraisal required. Credit line size depends on home’s appraised value being at or above the home’s purchase price; appraised value below purchase price can result in reduced line size. Depending on your property’s location and your Aven account’s credit limit, you may be responsible for recording, title, and similar fees, as applicable. See Pricing & Terms for details. Terms are subject to change.
Your applicable APR assumes a 0.25 percentage point discount for enrolling in AutoPay within 25 days after account opening and then staying enrolled. You are not required to enroll in AutoPay. See AutoPay Terms & Conditions for more details and restrictions.
